This Pemberton home design prioritized the site's beautiful mountain views. The home was designed to be quite long and have less depth so that nearly every room has access to natural light and views. A large deck on the top level creates a great outdoor entertaining area. The interior includes a yoga loft over the kitchen( looking down into the living room), as well as a full kitchen & pantry, large living room & dining room, office, principal bedroom (with an ensuite & walk-in closet), guest bedroom, laundry room, garage, and a couple of bathrooms.

In the front corner of the property is a carriage home. The carriage home's design priority was maximizing the privacy between the carriage home & the principal home, and of course providing views. The carriage home includes a garage & laundry/utility room on the ground level, and a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom on the top level. A covered deck facing away from the principal home guarantees an outdoor space that can be utilized year-round.
