Gambier Carriage Home.

This carriage home (maxing out the footprint at 753 sqft) was designed with the intention of maintaining privacy for the main residence without limiting the carriage home's access to natural light. The addition of both a lane facing balcony and a loft style bedroom above the second level allowed for maximum use of the carriage home without encroaching on the main residence's outdoor space.
