This addition was quite small - coming in at just under 100 square feet. The homeowner wanted to create an office space with its own exterior access. We added a projection off of the second storey over the garage, and a new exterior stair. A local artist (@painterliesl on Instagram) painted a lovely mural in the interior. The use of a bay window helped to increase the size of the space without exceeding the allowable floor area.
