Government Road Addition.

This small addition consisted of adding 100 square feet of office space on the second storey, over the existing garage. A new exterior stair was installed to access the office space, and the use of a bay window allowed us to increase the volume of the space while staying within the allowable square footage. A local muralist (Liesl Petersen) put together a gorgeous mural inside.
