This carriage home (maxing out the footprint at 753 sqft) was designed to make the most of the lush forrest at the rear of the site. The angled deck & roofline follow the riparian setback (a river cuts through the rear of the property) to maximize the carriage home's outdoor space without encroaching on the main residence. This carriage home includes a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room on the second storey as well as an open loft bedroom overhead, making for a suite that feels large while staying within the footprint.
