The carriage home design uses a split-level approach to separate the 2 bedrooms from the living room & kitchen. A large covered roof deck over the bedrooms as well as a covered deck off of the living room & kitchen allow for ample year-round access to the outdoors. The ground level includes a large 2 car garage for both owner & tenant use.
