The project involved the addition of an attached single-car garage as well as a new entry stair and a new covered balcony off of the living room. The use of a glazed awning over the balcony ensures the living room has access to natural light. Tiered planters were added along the new entry stair, and a new driveway was added to access the garage. This project also required substantial planting to maintain the environment of the nearby waterway running through the front of the property.
