This renovation involved the addition of a 1 bedroom suite in the basement. The existing laundry room was expanded to inclde a dog-wash station and additional storage. The homeowners wanted to prioritize their master bedroom/ensuite, we did so in adding a walk-through closet that leads to a large ensuite with a separate shower & tub. The existing stairway walls were removed to create an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen.
