This renovation involved adding a third storey for a principal bedroom & roof deck, as well as adding a new roof over the existing main floor deck, opening up the layout of the main floor kitchen, dining room, and living room, and adding a 2 bedroom suite to the basement level. a substantial amount of landscaping is also involved in the project, including the addition of a few retaining walls and exterior staircases, and a large patio area.
